The process is very well organized and our switch to OEC fiber has been excellent!
OEC fiber is a great service, it takes some time to get installed, but works amazingly fast and the installers were very nice and professional.
They were super friendly and informative about the whole process. I almost gave up on internet for my home due to people not servicing there but im glad I kept looking and found OEC fiber. Thank you guys again for being rockstars.

Techs were wonderful however still have issues with channels and freezing.... will monitor over the next few days and hope for improvement. If no improvement then service is no different than being with Pioneer
