The tech was great. Was down really quick. Very friendly.
Installer was very professional and left with everything ready to go.
The Tech that Installed it , She was great the only problem I came across was the size of box that had to be installed in my dine room was a big suprise

It was very professional great job for got the installers name but he was great black man could you give him a raise, because he was great and I have people that will be changing over to you guys.

Jacklyn or Jackie I think was her name was awesome. She was people friendly, made us feel important. Was efficient in her work and very knowledgeable about the business. Hands up to all who worked hard to get everything up and running and in our home.
Great installer. Only problem is I can’t get the wireless router to work on my computer. Called twice but no one could help. Don’t remember the name of installer.
