I've been to a handful of Urgent Care facilities, and this is HANDS DOWN the very best I've visited! As much as I want to keep this gem a secret, they are a top-notch team! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you ladies of MedNow for the highest quality care and for being the sweetest, most polite and caring staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!
I highly recommend MedNow to anyone who is in need of medical attention. They are prompt, professional, and most importantly caring. The Healthcare providers who saw me, Donna and Ronita were outstanding. So grateful to them for getting me back on my feet.
Denied service, arrived at 725 to doors locked and staff just looking at us. Child in arms and no empathy from staff. I get it holiday weekend and everyone wants to be home. Your staff also lacks integrity, Your staff never spoke to us so, I guess by our appearance they assumed we didn’t have insurance. We ended up driving to Patient First in downingtown on Lancaster ave where were seen and taken care of. Also Capital Blue cross and aetna are my insurance plans
Was seen quickly, and the nurse and physicians assistant were so genuine and thorough. It's the people who make a place exceptional or not. This is the place I will look to go in the future.
Ridiculous every time I went to go here and get checked you guys are always closed. For someone who doesn’t drive and lives around the corner you were the closest urgent care. If you are going to be temporarily closed due to lack of staff then why did you stay an urgent care after you became unaffiliated with Brandywine hospital
