Because of the virus threat, it was great to be able to talk to a very knowledgeable doctor who was able to diagnose and prescribe meds over the phone. It was also rewarding to know Medicare allows this practice during these very trying times. Thankyou !!

Personnel on site were friendly and knowledgeable. Handled everything with professional care and with a personal touch. Doctors and medical staff were attentive and provided expert service.
The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was thorough in examination and explanation of infection (UTI). I had waited a day for my doctor’s office to call me back. The time at Medfast was approximately 45 minutes. I will definitely return if I have a medical issue in the future.

It’s called urgent care but they made us wait and wait and wait without Addressing us as to why we were there It was extremely urgent we went here to avoid the coronavirus at the hospital some of the people were very helpful I did not receive a report on the medications or exactly what they did do for my mother when I called back a day later because she was having reactions to the medication.
