The team that looked after me was great; courteous, respectful, quick and efficient. The wait was longer than I had expected (I had an appointment) but I understand that there are times when things do not go smoothly. Besides, it shows that doctors and nurses take time for their patients.

During the visit itself I felt like the staff were kind of ‘mailing in the check’, not that professional. However the swab test was thorough and turned up a positive result, so that was much appreciated. The person who called me the next day did an excellent job giving me the information and making sure I understood it all. My initial impression may have been colored by how I was feeling also.
