I will start with the positives. The staff was very nice, the offices were very clean and new. My complaints are the same as they are with about 80% of doctors offices and urgent cares. They make their time worth much more than yours. They are almost always late. I had a 9:30A appointment for a simple Covid PCR test. It takes about 30 seconds, I get them at work three times a week. Everything went great
Great doctors. Efficient, friendly and attentive. Great front office staff and assistants/nurses. Very helpful and they actually listen, which is very unusual for medical support staff in this area.
Very professional and prompt service. Dr. explained plans and set everything up quickly. Reached out to me when something couldnt be done. Very pleased.
Got in fast. Nurse and Dr were nice. Dr worked with blairs mom.
Betty organized, little wait time, great staff.
