Things were okay. I don’t like working with people who forget to have a sense of humor about things. And when people are ill it’s hard to talk to them at times. These people don’t always have the ability to comprehend or understand things. A person may have an TBI. So you add stress, especially the stress of not feeling well, and they can have a major problem. It would be nice if you understood us. Or showed us something that told us that we would be okay.

Was able to make a same day appointment. Got back to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. Provider was pleasant.
The wait was long and they decided to film a commercial which was awkward. Front desk clerk was AWESOME!!(She's in the commercial). MA was Awesome!! Dr..Rogers was excellent and listened to everything I asked. I would recommend this place to anyone
Friendly efficient, saw professionals quickly. Were instructive, quick to work with patients but don't make them feel rushed or just a number.
Mostly a good experience however, the doctor came in the room and spent maybe 2 minutes. I thought I had a sinus infection and he didn't even look in my nose! He gave me a RX for a sinus infection but, how did he know? I wasn't impressed with the doctor.
In and out for something simple. Staff was courteous & professional.
The wait time was so short. The nurse was super friendly The doctor was also very nice
