To say something in a few words,would not do the secretaries, nurses and doctors any justice. The 2 times that I've been there, I was treated with so much respect and dignity. The doctors actually listen to your needs and both doctors and nurses tend to you as if you were part of their own family members. Tri-cities community clinic/LA clinica and lourdes hospital could learn a thing or two on how to treat their patients. Hector was an amazing provider. He took the extra time to explain the steps to treating my daughter’s issue. There’s a major difference in providing care and “caring”. Thank you!
Tested positive for Covid and went to see if there was any thing more to take or do differently. Was feeling pretty bad so was glad to be in and out very quickly with just one prescription to fill. Everyone was pleasant and very nice facility.

Great. I had an appt. At 1100 and did not have to wait long..everyone was so nice. The dr. Was very good. I had a good experience.
