I had been sick for two weeks with sore throat, coughing and also cold like symptom. I was sent away with the normal it’s a virus and it’s something that’s going around. I’m going on three weeks with the same symptoms. Looking back, I feel like a number and they didn’t take the time to really do some tests and figure out if maybe I needed antibiotics or something. Now I’m thinking of going back again. Hopefully this time they will get it right.
All of the staff were friendly, professional, and prompt. Diagnosis spot on. Their recommandations are working great. They were patient in re-explaing things. Prompt in calling in rx. Great follow up when needed refill in a few days till I can get in to see my regular docter.
