The examination was done in a professional manner. Medication was prescribed and issued on site. The medication cured the problem. The only downside was the long wait.

Mr. Lippincott asked many questions and came up with a credible diagnosis and recommendation for an over the counter drug to relieve the issue. His recommendation has indeed helped and I am getting tests to determine the cause of my issue.

I waited over 2 hours to be seen. After I did my precheck, the computers went down and did the paperwork anyway.
Everyone was very nice and I received excellent care. You have a good staff.

Other than a very long wait your personnel did a nice job of caring for my laceration. Two and a half hours sitting, with no idea as to the wait time!!!! Come on. Spectrum has a wait site on their wall in their showrooms that tell you how many persons are ahead... You should do so.
