Customer service was excellent, wait time was excellent. My overall experience was fantastic.
Great physicians and convenient flexible schedules! However, the wait time is too long on almost every visit.
Dr. Ogando-Santil was so pleasant. As a first time patient, I felt really comfortable and cared for. All of the other medical professionals were also really nice, helpful, and thoroughly. The only opportunity of improvement I would list is that the appointment ( a routine physical) was 3:45 PM but I left around 5:45 PM. Spending 2 hours at the doctors for something so routine felt a bit aggravating.

My appoint was on time and the dental department explained everything that was been done today and what to expect on my next visit.
It is always a pleasure to be seen by Dr. Severin. He always addresses my concerns!
