I've had chronic sinus infections for 20 years. Like clockwork every 3 months I succumb to another sinus infection no matter what I do. I have 20 years of documentation of this & couldn't get in to my "primary care" (ha!) physician and couldn't get her to prescribe the same medications I've received in the past without seeing me. Of course, I can't get in! Her nurse suggested I visit the walk-in clinic that I found out later charges a $150 facility fee on top of the other charges. We have had cause to visit this office 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Each visit was handled with care, genuine attention to the issue and also with efficiency. We were never made to feel like our concerns were unimportant. The staff was top notch and the facility was very clean and welcoming.
They were thoughtful and efficient. I felt like there was a more personable approach han orher walk-in's, from checking in, to being seen by the provider. Moving forward, it will be the only place I go for urgent care
Absolutely wonderful. I brought my son here on New Year’s Day very sick with the flu and Dr. Paul and the staff were WONDERFUL and so kind. Dr. Paul reassured me that I was doing all the right things for my sick little guy and checked him out! Service was also SO quick. In and out in less than a half hour.
Been to this location twice. Everyone super nice and accommodating from the Front Desk staff to the Medical staff. Very helpful. Next to No wait time. The Prescription is ready by the time I arrive at location of choice, so convenient and fast. Highly recommend.
