Been to this location twice. Everyone super nice and accommodating from the Front Desk staff to the Medical staff. Very helpful. Next to No wait time. The Prescription is ready by the time I arrive at location of choice, so convenient and fast. Highly recommend.
Such a great experience! We are self pay and they made sure we were aware of the pricing and their medical opinion on what they felt was necessary. They were very kind. Will be my choice of urgent care in the future!
Absolutely wonderful. I brought my son here on New Year’s Day very sick with the flu and Dr. Paul and the staff were WONDERFUL and so kind. Dr. Paul reassured me that I was doing all the right things for my sick little guy and checked him out! Service was also SO quick. In and out in less than a half hour.
I cannot recommend the new Central Urgent Care in Mattoon enough! From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. This clinic is not only very well designed and decorated, but the staff are exceptional too! I had a wonderful experience and really felt like my concerns were taken care of! I had no wait time, and was greeted with a smile. Thank you to Dawn at the front desk for being so nice and informative, and Dr. Toofan for his care! I will be returning if needed! Highly recommend!
