Absolutely wonderful. I brought my son here on New Year’s Day very sick with the flu and Dr. Paul and the staff were WONDERFUL and so kind. Dr. Paul reassured me that I was doing all the right things for my sick little guy and checked him out! Service was also SO quick. In and out in less than a half hour.
I cannot recommend the new Central Urgent Care in Mattoon enough! From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The staff was not only extremely knowledgeable but also went above and beyond with their bedside manner. Every step of the visit, from check-in to diagnosis and treatment, exceeded my expectations. This clinic is not only very well designed and decorated, but the staff are exceptional too! I had a wonderful experience and really felt like my concerns were taken care of! I had no wait time, and was greeted with a smile. Thank you to Dawn at the front desk for being so nice and informative, and Dr. Toofan for his care! I will be returning if needed! Highly recommend!
10/10 all around! Service was FAST, in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice, smiling faces and good with kids. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I felt rushed. The NP did not thoroughly examine me. She prescribed a medication. My pharmacy was closed, so she said I could purchase there which I agreed to. However, as I checked out, they didn't have any. I have had a positive experience in the past but this time it was not good.
