Very fast friendly and caring. Needed some stitches in my hand. Total time was less than 1 hour and i told them to take someone else before me
My husband and I went there for an abscess on a finger, Tracy and the entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome, and provided us with all the information we need for treatment.
I don’t typically leave reviews because I feel like if you’re gonna put your opinion out there, you ought to be willing to associate your name with it. My complaint is in regards to Tracy the nurse practitioner that I saw. Maybe I just have thin skin today because I feel so bad with a splitting headache, messed up vision and equilibrium from this sinus Infection, but I didn’t care for her manor and communication style. We love this urgent care! The staff is wonderful, they listen to you and explain what’s going on well. It’s very convenient even if you’re in the surrounding towns like Clinton or Mt Pulaski to go there instead of the larger cities because the wait time is shorter and staff more personable!
Probably the best urgent care I’ve been to, in and out in a half an hour and had me ready to go back to get checked for my sinus issues before I even had my paperwork filled out completely. Definitely will be using them from now on.
