I had my ingrown toenail removed by Tracy. This toenail has been removed 4 times by different doctors and the experience with Tracy was miles and miles more pleasant. Pain was at an all time minimum during the procedure and she took her time and made sure to get the whole thing out. I have never been happier about this procedure in my life. On top of this she is very concerned about patients comfort level and will be checking in on you throughout the process. 10/10 recommend.
I don’t typically leave reviews because I feel like if you’re gonna put your opinion out there, you ought to be willing to associate your name with it. My complaint is in regards to Tracy the nurse practitioner that I saw. Maybe I just have thin skin today because I feel so bad with a splitting headache, messed up vision and equilibrium from this sinus Infection, but I didn’t care for her manor and communication style. We love this urgent care! The staff is wonderful, they listen to you and explain what’s going on well. It’s very convenient even if you’re in the surrounding towns like Clinton or Mt Pulaski to go there instead of the larger cities because the wait time is shorter and staff more personable!
All of the staff was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the receptionist, nurse and doctor all were pleasant and kind! They were so sweet to my daughter and the doctor took his time and made sure he had the right diagnosis for her. 10/10 will take my kids here again if we can’t get into their primaries.
Very timely. Listened to me and explained in detail what might be best to try and how to go about it! I was happy with the appointment. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
