All of the staff was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the receptionist, nurse and doctor all were pleasant and kind! They were so sweet to my daughter and the doctor took his time and made sure he had the right diagnosis for her. 10/10 will take my kids here again if we can’t get into their primaries.
Great experience(s) ! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and listens well. Tracy is extremely helpful and a wonderful healthcare member to have in our community. I’m sure that it is busy at times but they have always been prompt when I have gone. Thank you.
NP Tracy was amazing! She listened to all of my symptoms and was so helpful. I did not feel like she was trying to push me out the door, but spent time getting to the bottom of my illness. Michaela was also great. They both have great personalities and I did not hate going to the doctor for once.
I woke up not feeling well on Friday, I fought it off and didn't see my primary doctor, on Saturday I caved and decided to see someone. I went to central Illinois urgent care in Lincoln. And it was a great experience. I have told everyone to check this place out. And I am definitely coming back for future problems. Thanks for the help!
I can’t recommend Central IL Urgent care enough. I saw NP Tracy today and she was wonderful! I had an asthma flare up and she gave me everything I needed. Makayla and Stephanie were great as well. Everyone was nice and helpful. I walked out the door feeling better than before!
