They were very kind and nice both times my husband and I have been there. Very nice people and we're very friendly and helped both of us. Thank you for being so nice and kind you made the visits very pleasant.
Urgent Care was terrific. After a two week illness, I realized I had Lyme disease. Getting on Doxycycline asap was key vs. Waiting on test confirmation that takes 7-14 days. Urgent care gave me what was needed. Test result came week after beginning Doxy. Positive. Highly recommend Central I'll. Urgent care.
Staff was friendly and professional, listened to my current concerns and history, and presented a couple of treatment options. After listening to my concerns about the one option, Matt dropped that and wrote a prescription that was quickly sent to my pharmacy and filled in less than an hour. The first dose of medication greatly reduced my symptoms and a day later I felt my rebound migraine symptoms were completely resolved. Thanks to the entire team at Central Illinois Urgent Care in Lincoln!
I have used this walk in clinic several times. They are always very kind and welcoming, patient with my kids who get anxious about being in the Dr office. I cannot remember the NP's name tonight (so sorry) but she, Makayla and Stephanie were great! Love walking in and everyone is smiling.
I was having trouble seeing. I have a cyst in my skull. I went here simply because my usual doctor wasn't around. Everyone I actually saw was very polite except for the cynical male voice I heard while waiting to be seen. Obviously he didn't think I could hear him but he was questioning my condition and just flat out saying rude things. He never did come into my room, I actually had a very polite lady.
