Staff was friendly and professional, listened to my current concerns and history, and presented a couple of treatment options. After listening to my concerns about the one option, Matt dropped that and wrote a prescription that was quickly sent to my pharmacy and filled in less than an hour. The first dose of medication greatly reduced my symptoms and a day later I felt my rebound migraine symptoms were completely resolved. Thanks to the entire team at Central Illinois Urgent Care in Lincoln!

I was helped and seen very quickly - with professional and friendly service. The woman who checked me into a patient room was extremely personable and relieved my stresses of my injury with her friendly demeanor. The bandage I had on when I arrived was removed for the exam and the same woman, I believe her name was Makayla, re-bandaged my hand and sent me home with some bandage supplies to use until I could get to a drug store to buy more. I needed care on Memorial Day, and what do you know, they were open until 7pm!! Very helpful staff & practitioner on duty. Easy to check in, register, file information, make tge co-pay and be seen within 10 minutes. Try getting that type of care at the ER!!
This was the second time I've visited the Urgent Care since it opened here. Sinus issues and allergies brought me here both times. Very pleased with the location, convenience, care from the provider, and result from their treatment. Will always recommend them!
