Quick, professional and friendly service. 10-10 would recommend. Despite it being late in the day, these ladies made a personal effort to care for my daughter (18mo). After being put off by our pediatrician, the ladies at Center Pointe performed a quick assessment and helped to get my daughter proper medication, even providing some “motherly advice” as to how to treat some of the symptoms she was experiencing. I am grateful for their compassion and attention to detail. We will be back the next time we are in need!
Had an amazing experience at Center Pointe Urgent Care! I was evaluated by Sheila Whitman who has phenomenal bedside manner. I felt listened to and did not feel rushed, the rest of the staff was also very nice and welcoming. Would definitely come back here for care!
This place was the absolute best urgent care I have been to in Mooresville. We were in and out in no time. They were so sweet and caring. They listen to all our problems and actually did something about it rather then just tell me my daughter had a cold and just give her over-the-counter comfort meds and that's it but charge my insurance for a visit. Highly recommend Center Pointe Urgent Care! We got in quickly with no hassle and were seen in an efficient timeframe. They checked my husband out and found the issue causing the problem. Sent out prescription and by the time we got to the pharmacy it was ready for pick up. If you’re looking for a place to go that works with your schedule, with the added benefit of staff that is amazing then this is the place to go!
Amazing facility, and staff! No wait time and accepts all insurances now that they’ve reopened! I’ve been twice and will definitely return for my urgent care needs!
